Depending on your location and the urgency of your order, we provide a variety of delivery choices in an effort to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. All information about costs, timeframes, and tracking is provided below.

- Please be aware that all shipping times are determined after processing your purchase, not from the time it is placed..
- Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday, we cannot guarantee delivery the next day after ordering.
- Generally, for orders where Next Day / Express delivery is available, the order must be placed before 12PM GMT (or 10:30AM GMT for international orders) from Monday to Thursday to have your order shipped the next day.
- Any other orders after 12PM on Friday (or after 10:30AM for international orders) or over the weekend with Next Day / Express delivery will be dispatched on the next working day. In addition, orders submitted on public holidays will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery timeframe.
- On Saturdays, Sundays, and UK bank holidays, we do not presently provide weekend delivery. You can easily track your parcel on the courier’s website using the tracking number automatically provided in your shipping confirmation email.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depending on your destination country.
The expected delivery time for the majority of countries is 5-10 working days, we remind you that this is the time from the moment your order is processed (not from the time of placing the order).
Please be aware that, depending on the laws of your nation, foreign delivery may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, and customs fees. These fees must be paid individually by the receiver upon delivery and are not covered by the product price or shipping cost.
Any delays or extra fees resulting from customs are not Moonlit’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
If you choose to reject a parcel due to customs fees or charges, please be aware that any refund will be processed excluding the original shipping cost, and may also be subject to additional return fees charged by the courier.
All international orders are shipped with tracking and a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
