HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR LINGERIE
Our lingerie is crafted with love — from soft, breathable, and stretchy materials that not only feel comfortable but look beautiful too.
However, even the best items require the right maintenance. We have produced these comprehensive care instructions to ensure that your favorite sets remain as delicate as the first day.
Washing
Hand Washing – Always the Best Choice
Hand washing is the most gentle method if you want your underwear to last. Use a gentle detergent that doesn’t include bleach and cold or slightly warm water (up to 30°C/86°F). Submerge your lingerie, gently swish it with your hands, and never wring it out — just lightly press out the excess water.
Machine Washing – Only on a Delicate Cycle
Always use a delicate or hand wash cycle if you want to wash your clothes in a machine. We recommend:
- Using a washing bag with mesh
- A maximum temperature setting of 30°C (86°F)
- Setting the lowest spin feasible or avoiding spin cycles
- Avoid washing things with velcro, hooks, or zippers.
Drying
After washing, hang your lingerie in the shade or gently place it on a towel to dry. Heat from tumble dryers can destroy the fabric’s form, and direct sunshine can fade it. So:
Steer clear of drying in the sun or on radiators.
Never tumble dry — high heat damages spandex fibers
Storage
Store your underwear carefully to preserve its color and shape:
- Away from light and moisture, in a cool, dry location
- Within lingerie organizers or boxes coated with fabric
- Hang bras or stack them with the cups nested to keep their shape
- Avoid pressing them under heavier items
Extra Tips
Don’t use fabric softener.
Softeners are not necessary for spandex and polyester; in fact, they might weaken the fibers and decrease their flexibility.
Avoid Damage
Fasten all hooks before washing, avoid rubbing lace, and skip harsh chemicals. Your underwear will remain attractive for a longer period of time if you handle it with gentle care.
Don’t Stretch the Fabric
Avoid stretching or wringing your underwear after washing as this might cause it to become deformed. Simply use your hands to gently squeeze out the water.
Taking care of your lingerie isn’t difficult — it’s an act of self-love. A method to express your concern for your physical well-being and the items that add joy to your everyday life. Although our underwear is made to last through several washings, proper care will prolong its softness, delicacy, and perfection.
Remember: Your lingerie isn’t just underwear — it’s your little ritual of care.
